1. Position function: R&d personnel of organic synthesis technology

Job Responsibilities:

(1) Research on the synthesis of compounds under the guidance of researchers, and optimize the design and improvement of the synthesis route.

(2) Complete the transformation of synthesis from research to production, and provide complete experimental reports and qualified samples.

(3) Responsible for recording, sorting and archiving of synthetic technical data, experimental process, atlas and original data.

Qualifications:

(1) College degree or above, major in chemical engineering and process, chemistry or pharmacy.

(2) Able to skillfully search and use various chemical literature and patents.

(3) Master the basic organic reaction mechanism, can reasonably design and carry out multi-step synthesis reaction; Master the separation and purification technology of compounds
